magazine is Carr-Gomm's regular newsletter for clients. It is available in
an online (PDF) edition.
Articles in the latest issue (number 13, Summer 2009) include a report from
the Client Panel, results of recent consultations with clients, and updates from
around the country. Online versions of all the earlier editions of Contact are
also available.
Carr-Gomm compares the average rents and service charges for different
types of property we manage and we publish regular updates on these. Here are
